Internship (3-6 Month)
These are the requirements for joining the Global Consulting Company internship:

• Roughly two years of study remaining.
• Above-average academic performance.
• Initial work experience, e.g. vacational training or an internship (min. 3 months).
• Intercultural orientation demonstrated by a year abroad (at school) or 3 months during your studies.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• At least basic knowledge of German and a willingness and ability to learn.

An internship provides an opportunity to become familiar with project assignments and daily business. This may be an opportunity to put the knowledge you have gained at the university into practice on specific tasks and experiences.

Consultant/Facilitator
You have an outstanding university degree (MBA, Master of Science, Diploma) and you are characterized by analytical and conceptual thinking. You can confirm with references, your self motivation and your responsible art to act. According to our philosophy you dispose on entrepreneurial thinking and high soft skills. Ideal is, but not assumed, if you bring along a few years of consulting experience in a field of innovation management or CRM.

We offer a fast and self dependent acceptance of projects in a high interesting business field. You will lead projects in close cooperation with our senior consultants, facilitators and our clients. Beside this, you should have a competence to develop our clients in coordination with our senior consultants and facilitators.
